2019年是改革开放再出发元年，中国在世界经济舞台上扮演的角色倍受关注，经济再出发对全球财税治理、金融服务及区域发展提出了新要求。为了更好的探讨财税治理、金融服务及区域发展如何在中国经济再出发进程中发挥更加积极的作用，贡献中国智慧，由云顶国际/公共财政研究中心和SSCI检索的知名外文期刊联合主办的“全球财税治理、金融服务、区域发展与中国经济再出发”国际研讨会将在2019年11月9-10日在南京举行。符合质量要求的参会论文将被收录在相应SSCI主办杂志特刊（special issue）。研讨会向全球知名专家和学者发出邀请，欢迎携稿莅临。

云顶国际成立于2003年，学院现有财政学和税收学2个本科专业，1个财政学(含税收学)硕士点、1个税务硕士专业学位点，是江苏省最早开设财政学本科专业的两所高校之一，也是全省最早拥有财政学硕士学位授予权的两所高校之一，学院下设财政系、税务系、财税治理现代化实践教育中心、江苏省干部培训中心，共有35名专职教师，其中高级职称的比例占比80%，具有博士学位的教师25人，占比71%。
公共财政研究中心是江苏省教育厅和云顶国际集团共同建设的省级重点研究基地，与云顶国际合署办公，以应用经济学、理论经济学、公共管理和法学等一级学科为支撑，深刻把握中国财税体制改革的节奏与特征，以地方政府财税制度创新与变革研究作为主要特色，主要开展应用性和政策性研究，是致力于财税科学研究和政府财政决策咨询的高端学术机构。

Call for Papers - 2019 International Conference on Global Fiscal & Taxation Governance, Financial Service, and Chinese Economy Re-start
November 9-10, 2019

In 2019, China plays an increasingly important role in world economic stage, leading to new requirement on global fiscal & taxation governance, financial service, and regional development. In order to better explore how fiscal & taxation governance, financial service, and regional development can contribute to the re-starting process of Chinese economy, an international conference that focuses on fiscal & taxation governance, financial service, and regional development will be hosted by School of Public Finance and Taxation, Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, Public Finance Research Center, and well-known prestigious SSCI journals on November 9-10, 2019. The papers that meet the quality criteria will be invited for publishing in the special issue of those journals. We will invite world-renowned experts and scholars, and welcome to join us by submitting your papers.

Public Finance Research Center
School of Public Finance and Taxation, Nanjing University of Finance & Economics was established in 2003. The school currently has 2 undergraduate programs (i.e. public finance and taxation) and 1 master program (i.e. public finance, including taxation). The bachelor and master of public finance programs are ones of the most old-line programs in Jiangsu Province. The school is consisted of Department of Public Finance, Department of Taxation, Public Finance Research Institute, Jiangsu Cadres Training Center, and Modern Practice Education Center of Public Finance & Taxation Governance. The school has 35 teachers, and 80% is associate professors and professor. The number of teachers with Ph.D. degree is 25, which accounts for 71% of total faculty members.
Public Finance Research Center is a key research base established by Jiangsu Education Department and Nanjing University of Finance & Economics. It is currently managed by School of Public Finance and Taxation. This center conducts research in Applied Economics, Economic Theory, Public Administration, and Law. The feature of this center is that it focuses on the innovation and reform of fiscal and taxation policy of local governments, and provides consulting service in fiscal and taxation decision-making.
